Oof is the Owlbear ever done. Time for window fans and sleeps an' junk. Or whatever, I'm tired, don't expect coherence.

So #Downwell is pretty neat. You play as a small person falling down a well, shooting stuff with your gunboots as you go. It's got great pixely mostly 1-bit (that is, two color) graphics, with unlockable color palettes and stuff, with minimal music and sound effects that round out the experience nicely.

The controls are simple (it's pretty much just left, right, jump/fire) and fluid whether you're using a controller or a keyboard, the gameplay loop is satisfying and suitable for both "just one more" hour long sessions or quick runs. It's a great game ive logged a lot of time in on my #Switch, and I'm starting in on #Steam now.
