While a synthetic personal voiced apology letter sounds nice as an idea; I can’t help but cringe at how the team working on the problem is probably understaffed and in the dark while you sent me emails that say. “We just now finally got everyone to answer the phone and we told them they can’t leave until the internet is restored.
