#LongRunDone again! Absolutely stunning day! The Humidex stayed pretty constant at around 31 (C) but beautiful breeze! Mostly pavement today. Felt really good! Glad it has cooled off a bit! Much easier to race the mosquitoes and still stay in zone 2!
