5.3 KM of Zone 2 #Running (3°C, 52% humidity, and 31 km/hr wind).

Few hours of reading this morning, then figured I'd make another attempt at a #Zone2 run - spent about 60% in Z2 this time. Then … brunch and bacon was achieved.

I’ve been focusing more and more on slowing down more of my #running workouts, cross training on #rowerg and spent most time in #zone2 for the first time ever(?).

I don’t use gentler streak much, but I like their monthly recaps.

#ebike I seem to get a lot of #zone2 on my longer rides. Good for that far burning—and I need a lot of it. #zone4 feels satisfying, though. I can really feel the muscle burn.
