I am an academic and use these kinds of platforms mainly for work thoughts and networking and a bit of #activism.

I teach #litstudies and #genderstudies at the University of New England on Anaiwan Country in Armidale (NSW, Australia).

My research draws on #queer, #feminist, #affect and #decolonial theory to develop new ways of thinking about #weather and #housework.

More recently I've been extending this theoretical and critical work into practice based research (both community action and creative practice) drawing on methods from #diverseeconomies.

I'm a very active member of the NTEU the University sector #union in Australia. I think good research and teaching practice requires good working conditions.
