figure out a typeface problem in the middle of the night? don't mind if I do
Odd (for me) #spoonie event. I woke up, got dressed, had coffee (decaf) and breakfast. While having breakfast, I was charging my smartwatch.
About half way through my breakfast, I found myself fighting to keep my eyes open. Thing is, I had enough sleep last night.
Finally decided I had to go back to bed (after watch was charged, because ?) Fell asleep right away, slept for 90ish minutes. Woke feeling much better. 🤷♀️

Last night was not good sleep wise. I didn't get to sleep until after 11pm, which is not too bad. But, I was up 4, maybe 5, times to pee. Thanks #spiro .
My sinuses are acting up again. And the fibro flare from Tuesday is still hanging around.
Never mind the repeated nightmares that also woke me up several times.

I've been a little busy today, and haven't updated on my ongoing sleep issues. This was a very unusual night sleep-wise. I got 7 hrs and 51 minutes sleep according to the smartwatch!
And, as far as it noted or I remember, I didn't wake up during the night other than to turn over. 😲
The only thing I did different was I took a dose of a generic NyQuil product before lying down for the night.

I had one of those, back before Barbara passed. I stopped using it, and indeed got rid of it, after a major weight loss (from grief) seemingly eliminated my apnea.
I suppose a sleep study needs to be on my to-do list for the coming year. But the overdue mammogram and colonoscopy are higher on that list.

I got a bit over 8 hours of sleep last night. That's *extremely* unusual for me to get that much sleep. Also, only woke up twice, and fell right back to sleep in only a few minutes.
Yes, I'm awake. No, I shouldn't be.
I seem to have passed out for a couple of hours this afternoon. Woke up about 20 minutes ago from my unexpected, and unplanned, nap. Sometimes, pain can't keep me awake.
Pain induced insomnia is far more likely for me. Ah the vagaries of fibro.
