GutkaseFinished up printing the display stands for my Disney Infinity figures. Looks way cooler on my shelf than just having them sitting there. Indeed. For the display of the #Jedi (and #Sith) characters with #lightsabers that light up (#LightFX), I have something special.
The lightsabers only work when they are activated by the stand, but it turns out that a stand from #Skylanders will work (if it's plugged in to something it can talk to--just #USB power isn't enough).
So, these stands are all connected to my TV, through a USB hub.
Okay, more about #DisneyInfinity:
I started collecting these when they were going out of style, but #ToysRUs still had too many in stock, so they were literally $1 or even less in a bin.
As a result, I got a full set of the 3.0 #StarWars figures, as well as a bunch of the #Marvel characters. They were so cheap I gave them away in the prize bags at my daughter's (Star Wars themed) birthday party.

I found the #Anna and #Elsa #DisneyInfinity characters at a #ValueVillage #thriftstore the other day. They had a few others, but they were characters I already had, and my 6 year old *really* wanted me to get them (she occasionally still plays the game on our #WiiU). This is my miscellaneous shelf for DI.

ClayI loved the #DisneyInfinity figs from years ago. When I can get extras I’ve started repainting them. I took a Incredibles’ Violet that had lost her head and made a Sue Storm. I repainted Rocket just to put him in the Ravager red. I still struggle with eyes. I will use these in #MarvelCrisisProtocol
