I was only asked what the North Bridge does once in an interview. I said it was for defending the kingdom against kobolds. I somehow still got the job, but it was exactly the sort of job you'd expect from people who know what the north bridge does.

One of the best things about working for yourself as a programmer is that you never have to explain to an interviewer what the difference is between a class and a struct, or what the north and south bridges are for.

I boiled my hand making soup last night, so I was forced to take a break from working on @MayorMayKnott (the hand is fine, I'll just have a few blisters).

So I randomly chose to watch "Sweet Home". The only thing I knew going in is that there's a famicom game of it (which I've never played). And it was surprisingly good! Good pacing, good story, good effects. Not quite on par with Hausu, but same vibes, and still worth watching.
