Tasty Times So Far in Hong Kong
A few quick pics from our first half-day in Hong Kong, spent mostly eating, thank you very much.
Depicted: a cup of noodles in the Korean Air lounge in Seoul; a piping hot bowl of chicken pho with hand-pulled noodles from Co Thanh in Hong Kong; Clyde with sausage skewers and tasty summer rolls, also from Co Thanh; the baked barbecue pork sweet buns that helped win Tim Ho Wan a Michelin star; THW crispy shrimp red rice rolls with roselle sauce; steamed shrimp dumplings (freshly made, with wonton wrappers as soft as a whisper).
A good first day in Hong Kong.
