Early evening trip to town a few days ago. Last few days have been high teens to mid 20's C- pleasant over all, warm in the sun by buildings, cool/chilly nights, some rain. Probably nothing higher than 26/27C 78/80F once/ twice for the rest of the month- that's as high as we've been since 1 30C/86F July 02. Nights forecast 4-11C 41-51F. Fairly average (21/7C). 1/3 Recent visitor to the acreage: I thought it was one of the endless parade of neighbour cats that wander over here- some from our nearest neighbours or farther (they often don't last long here outdoors, so cast is everchanging) But-it's been hanging around for a few days, and unlike usual visitors, meowing for attention + coming up to the house, trying to approach while I'm outside etc.
