Lots of rain yesterday, overnight + off/on today at times heavy. Last week was similar with some sunny breaks- I was only able to do yard/garden work a couple of times, but I'm still glad about the rain- recharging soil moisture, wetlands, water table. There should be a couple of sunny days mid-week, I'll have to be really efficient on those days- even if I'm tempted to just wander around with the camera looking at bugs! Photo details in alt

Early #caturday Two neighbour cats (hard to tell, sometimes there are cats living on the property, sometimes visiting). The first (pic 1), seen through the window, was sitting for quite a while watching a spot of taller grass, etc under apple trees. Thought it was waiting for a mouse or something, but the other cat (pics 2,3 taken later in another spot) popped out of the undergrowth!
