@gimulnautti I'm all for socialists learning from past failures and doing some reappraisal.
For example, by acknowledging Soviet Russia was a Russian imperialist authoritarian state that in many ways was similar to the czarist regime before it, and the oligarchy that came after.
My suggestion would be to choose a name that highlights /how/ you intend to be different to past forms of socialism, rather than just titling it "neosocialism".
Democratic socialism? A reformed socialism that retains liberal institutions free and fair multiparty elections and an independent judiciary?
Participatory socialism? A reformed socialism that emphasises public participation in economic and government decision making?
Open-source socialism? A reformed socialism combined with open source movement ideals on technology and intellectual property?
Co-operative socialism? A reformed socialism that seeks to reorganise industry into consumer and/or producer co-operatives, giving customers and workers a direct say in the firms they use?
Nonprofit socialism? A reformed socialism where services are funded by the state through taxes, but are delivered through nonprofit organisations that are owned and controlled by beneficiaries?
