I mean, people who sell Apps to customers in the USA also have to file for that and in Germany it's mandatory per law to name a natural person representing the website and being liable for it's contents.

  • Just because it is rarely found out and subsequently prosecuted doesn't mean it's not applying.

Also #Musk firing #ContentModerators in #Germany without proper #notice and mandatory #severance is also currently in the courts, alongside refusal to process #Reports in a timely manner...

I guess a basic question is: how many people are employed by #Bluesky? The reporting I've seen indicates it's about 20, but it's a few months old.

How many of them are #ContentModerators? Or are they farming out moderation to other firms, like #Facebook does?

Or are they just hoping users flag all the things?
