How many of you remember reading Upton Sinclair's The Jungle in high school or college? Does anyone actually think that states shouldn't have to listen to OSHA or the FDA?

The majority on this court are unfathomably corrupt monsters who can't even be bothered to adequately base their trash opinions on legal precedent. They're salivating to overturn as much established law as they can, in fact. Kinda seems like the fucking wild west now.
