Interesting data presented in my college meeting today. The amount of student debt incurred by our graduates has been flat for ~30 years (inflation adjusted).

I'm about to have to pay an extra $600 a month because my wife and I went to college 20 years ago. They weren't expensive private schools either, just state universities.

Our daughter is a senior in high school. Not sure how I can pay for her college when I can't pay for mine.

I wonder whoose interest the court serves? Is it the students burdened with excessive debt or the combination of Universities and FIinancial Instituions?

This chart paints a pretty ugly image of the annual cost of college in the USA when compared to other countries. Something does not smell good here
