He repeatedly accuses #Biden of racism, but will never offer proof even when asked.

He throws around meaningless statistics but even minimal scrutiny reveal they don't support his narratives.

Reconcile that data you cited regarding #CivilAssetForfeiture with the position that #Black people are the poorest in society. Yet #CAF enables rogue police departments to seize enough wealth from such people to keep police departments running.

Lame pivot to ad hominem instead of addressing the substantive issues I raised in this thread.

This is not about me. This is about allegations of #systematicRacism (which is true), but this thread accuses #Biden of that kind of #racism citing #CivilAssetForfeiture as an example.

Did I deny that abuse happens? No.

I asked for evidence that #CivilAssetForfeiture is used to perpetuate #SystematicRacism. I questioned how seizing wealth of poorest people keeps abusive police departments afloat.

Nobody has shown the breakdown of $68B between black and non-black people cited above.

The post to which I responded mentioned black, hispanic, or asian people as victims.

I am in one of those groups, and I can relate to the experience of the majority in that group just as well as a black person can relate to the experiences of majority of black people.

I am not questioning that #SystematicRacism exists.

I am questioning the narrative that #CivilAssetForfeiture is used to perpetuate it.
