Understood. Something isn't sitting right, though.
Maybe we need to talk to other servers to try and identify what is going on here.
Our impression is that either other instances are blocking us for no good reason, or our server itself has been hacked/compomised in some way.
Sad... but that is our take. One example, come to think of it, we've not seen any Chinwag.org activity in months.
We can't spend time on a platform if we're being muzzled.
I finally tweaked the old "temporary" logo that #Chinwag has been using for nearly five years now!
Figured out enough about some drawing tools to trace over the thing and actually create a proper SVG copy of it, instead of going back to the same old crappy bit of mangled clipart I found back when Chinwag was just an example for a tutorial blog post.
I still know nothing about design but at least it scales nicely now!
