Attended the first session of a meditation class @ Nalanda West yesterday. Even if you've been meditating for a while, even if you learned from an app, or podcast,book or article, I HIGHLY recommend taking a class in person if you get the chance. I was originally planning to attend via zoom, but so glad I went in person.
