This tavern door in #Bolligen, Switzerland, is packed with symbolism. The cups likely indicate that wine is served, while the bear represents the Canton of Bern. The stars probably reference the tavern’s name, “Sternen”, a common inn name that evokes the stars as guides of travelers.
