- πŸ€” My Thoughts: This one is definitely a hit. I've been messing around with grind size and I found a sweet spot that brings out all of the delicious flavor of these beans. These beans will be on my short-list of favorites!

- πŸ€” My Thoughts: It's a bit too fruity for me, but what I have enjoyed with this bean is figuring out the right grind size to fit the flavor profile. I notched down to a finer grind and it really helped balance the cup.

- πŸ€” My Thoughts: I really love how the more savory notes shine through here. There's a hint of citrus, but it's not overpowering, and it let's the other flavors take the main stage.
