Yesterday I drank a profoundly bad cup of #Coffee. My wife asked what was bad about it. The taste! She asked if it was bitter. It wasn’t. It just tasted bad. It didn’t taste _like_ something else I could compare it to. It was just awful.

The roaster is terrific. I’ve had many different coffees from them I absolutely loved. It was this specific batch. I will continue to drink coffee from #Anodyne. All my coffee comes to me through #TradeCoffee. I highly recommend them to fellow coffee drinkers.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: I'm not really an Indonesian coffee fan. This was very fruit heavy and that's not my jam. I found a finer ground made it better though.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: Great bean, highly recommend. I've been on a cherry kick lately so this fit right in. Not too sweet but a wonderful tart to start the day.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: This one is definitely a hit. I've been messing around with grind size and I found a sweet spot that brings out all of the delicious flavor of these beans. These beans will be on my short-list of favorites!

- 🤔 My Thoughts: It's a bit too fruity for me, but what I have enjoyed with this bean is figuring out the right grind size to fit the flavor profile. I notched down to a finer grind and it really helped balance the cup.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: I really love how the more savory notes shine through here. There's a hint of citrus, but it's not overpowering, and it let's the other flavors take the main stage.
