In my experience the fine dust build-up starts to result in coffee filters getting clogged, even with a medium grind, impacting the pour-over process and flavor.

Tastes floral and sweet with a lingering fruit like acidity. Some bitterness and milk chocolate notes in there too. Not bad.

ground beans and the brew smell sweet.
first sip is mellow sweetness with slight acidity and a spicy aftertate. the spicy taste increases with further sips. acidity with sweetness reads as fruity but cant pinpoint which ones. dont read any bitterness. nice cup.
