- 🤔 My Thoughts: Initially I ground these too fine and wasn't a fan, but once I dialed that in, this coffee is great! Highly recommend, and love buying from a local roaster!

- 🤔 My Thoughts: It's a bit too fruity for me, but what I have enjoyed with this bean is figuring out the right grind size to fit the flavor profile. I notched down to a finer grind and it really helped balance the cup.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: I'm a sucker for South American coffee. The chocolate notes are really what get me. It's a little citrusy, which I can appreciate but I prefe it not be the star of the show.
