1. Some Desperate Glory by Emily Tesh - go read this book. Now.
2. No Award
3. Starter Villain by John Scalzi - lightweight and fun reading. Just not one of the six best genre books of 2023.
4. Witch King by Martha Wells - good book. Not one of the six best.
