Lower back pain is the WORST! I usually don't put these strips on too early in the day if I still need to run errands away from home, but I'm definitely gonna break that rule today. OUCH!💢 They're very effective but leave a strong menthol smell behind you LOL! Oh well, maybe it's time to abandon the denial stage of reaching middle age...
