I think the 🏛️ government is testing the 💧 waters. I'm 26 and recently I got a 💌 letter from the 🗄️ selective service bureau ensuring I am signed up for the selective service. I don't know why else they'd be sending out letters about "make sure you signed up for the draft" unless they intended to use it or at the very least prepare for it.
