So many posts from ADHDers are about meds. What do these meds do for you that is so wonderful? Do they make you efficient in the NT world of work, or are there personal benefits that you actually want for yourselves???

I'm #ActuallyAutistic. #InclusionMatters to me.
It's not clear training employees… or cops, in other reading… achieves that goal.
Some evidence indicates it may backlash.
Do we need another way? IS there another way?
Women, Blacks, LGBTQIA+... to my knowledge the evidence is unclear for workplace training. After decades.
