@ricardoharvin @TonyStark It was clear, that Trump is a national security threat, after he traveled to Moscow on July 4th, 1987, & 2 months later had full-page ads in the Washington Post, the New York Times & the Boston Globe published, trying to drive wedges between the United States & her allies.
(Not only the Soviet) Intelligence agencies should have had their eyes on him at the time already.

@BPStuart A decent, law-&-order-supporting party, committed to the norms, values & legacy of (lawyer & President) Abraham Lincoln's true Republican Party would've expelled & kicked career criminals like Trump out of its ranks already a long time ago.

Today's "Republicans" have been watching him & collecting intel on all of his suspicious & allegedly illegal activities since he flew to Moscow in 1987 & joined the "GOP" afterwards, bet on it.
He very likely countered them with potentially compromising information on them.
Remember, that not only the Dems' servers were cracked before the 2016 election, but also the "GOP's".
Which may have been the reason, that those, who publicly called Trump a "kook" & "pathological liar", became handtame buttlickers very soon after the "Republican" presidential primaries.
