@Captain_Jack_Sparrow the #USA is the #1 source and destination for humans being trafficked by statistics.

Obviously this has severe blindspots, requiring actual governments (disqualifying Somalia and Yemen), transparency (disqualifying Russia, Iran and KSA), and the narrow scope of trafficking (disqualifying working migrants in Burma, Cambodia, Laos, UAE & Qatar) that applies here.
- But given how thousands of minors got seperated forcibly by #ICE and instead of being unified with their parents were #adopted-off to #US citizens, this hints at a systemic issue!

i would be myopic at best, but certainly a hypocrite, if i did not recognize that the right of trans people to have legally valid records that reflect their identities is the same right that i demand for #adopted people.
