Goddamn shitty medical supply company didn't ship Uncle's glucose monitor sensors because of some sort of insurance problem, didn't send any email notifying us there was a problem, so now my Uncle has no glucose sensors and it's going to be a couple days at a minimum before I can get this fixed.
It's the second time in two months one of these companies has run into insurance issues and just not shipped critical supplies, with no notice.
