You spent months collecting your data. You documented... nothing.

An interesting study on humour in scientific talks (531 presentations, 870 jokes):
67% of jokes failed.

#ChatGPT is excellent at summarizing #research papers or converting them to simplified English. It's especially helpful for preparing for a journal club presentation, which is just a burden in academic life that you can't escape. When I leave science, I will cite torturing journal clubs as the primary reason.
Whoever came up with journal clubs must be a real-life #loser.
Researchfish. What a fucking stupid name.
A recent blog post from @aidybarnett on his decision to halve his research output (for the greater good of all):
👋 Welcome to RC Trust, Dr. Jonathan Liebers! 🤖
Since March 1, 2026, Jonathan has joined the Human-AI Interaction group as a postdoctoral researcher.
His research focuses on Agentic AI and implicit interaction – exploring how intelligent systems can support users proactively and understand contextual needs without explicit commands.
We’re excited to have you on board! 🚀
