Further to my tip about microwaving a sweet potato as a quick and easy snack, it's also possible to prep a more elaborate meal with minimal effort, by putting a normal potato in the microwave.
I find about 3-4 minutes each side works, depending on the size of the potato and how many. You want to make sure they're thoroughly cooked, right to the skin, but if you overdo it you end up with crunchy potato. So best to underdo it and put it back in for a bit longer.

Make thorough Things to Do lists, but don't beat yourself up about whether or not any particular item gets done.
The main benefit of TTD lists is that they relieve us from juggling huge numbers of tasks in our heads, relying on a working memory that is - let's be honest - not usually our greatest strength ; )

For a range of reasons, people with ADHD are more likely to wake up dehydrated, feeling groggy and yuck.
To mitigate this, I keep a reusable water bottle by my bed, and make sure to fill it up every night before I go to bed. When I wake up, the very first thing I do is slug the whole thing back.
When I get up, the first thing I do is refill it and put it back in its spot. I try to drink another full bottle in the first few hours I'm awake, especially on hot days.
