Why are we still keeping and rebuilding #stroads reserving 5 lanes for cars while the bus is stuck in traffic and the bikeway network is scheduled for completion in about 200 years, #Portland? #82ndAve, Broadway, everywhere they spend federal money counting the cars and then adding a bit extra to decide how many lanes are "required". The number should be half of what you count because our #VisionZero and #ClimateAction plans say we want bikes, transit, and walking to replace half of car trips.
