Anyone know a good, small calibration object to print for figuring out better support slicing settings, specifically?

I hate dealing with supports so much that I hardly ever print anything that needs them, which means I haven't really got those settings dialed in at all ๐Ÿ˜…

Who makes/stocks good PLA filament and also sells a sample/variety pack these days?

I so frequently want a bigger variety of colors when printing, and I mostly print small things so I don't go through a lot of filament very fast.

Anybody have any advice on how to improve my print quality. I spent most of the day going through the teaching tech calibration setup. Everything flat and square looks fine, but the benches are coming out like trash. I don't know where to look for improvements. Pictures are two different benches. #3dprinting #3dprintingadvice

Quick tap fix. The ceramic cartridge (to replace a leaking one) has the incorrect diameter (too small). Quickly used freecad to make a cylinder pocket inside a hexagon pad to replace the existing insert. Then heated the brass cartridge to create the right impression for the teeth of the attachment. Can now be mounted onto the sink. #3DPrintingAdvice
