The company has partnered with Bird #scooters and the #carsharing network Envoy. They gave free Lectric #ebikes to the first 200 residents to sign a lease. The property even abuts a light rail stop. Instead of a parking garage, visitors can use any of the 1,000 bike-parking spaces.

Jenny ListReading up on some of the crazy stuff going on about #15minute neighbourhoods. How the far right has jumped on them as a sinister global plot to curtail their freedoms. Far right rallies in my home town Oxford, with accompanying crazies.
The city I live in has 15 minute neighbourhoods, I live in one. It's easy to drive around, the shops are handy, and as far as I am concerned the people getting irate have no idea what they're talking about.
