Hi. I am a cat lover, an empathic human, a bisexual woman married to a bisexual man, Universal Mom, GenXer, pseudo-geek, Tech Support, a knitter, a baker, a pretty darned good cook, a lover of books and music and all of the arts, that supportive person everyone is comfortable talking to, a connoisseur of cocktails, perimenopausal. Coffee Le Bean would like everyone to know that her mother (me) and her sister (my daughter Melissa) clearly loathe her, as she was locked up in a room alone all night, deprived of everything, and then forcefully removed from the loving embrace of her home this morning. And Papa did nothing to help.
She's getting spayed today.
She'll be home tomorrow. We'll see how she feels about life then... #cats

Today, #Coffee Le Bean is emphasizing that even #Fierce #Cats need to sometimes find a #SafeSpace to rest, like Papa's desk cubby. Smol #Kitten is still growing. Mama is drinking #Tea and #Knitting. There are many ways to #SelfCare.

This week, #Coffee Le Bean has this to say: Sometimes, your human has Very Bad Days, and needs Extra Attention. And that is when you have to stay with them, even if you would like to be jumping on other humans or smacking the #Dogs or sneaking outside. Because your human needs you. And that's your #Job as a Smol #Kitten. Even if I'm growing into a #Cat (I'm still the smallest in the house, but I am #Fierce). (#Depression and #Anxiety are not a choice, but support is a wonderful thing.)

Tonight, on the eve of my #AllergyTesting, #Coffee Le Bean has reminded me that even when I'm at my most #Frustrated and in #Pain, she is here for me. She was waiting on the bed for me when I got #Home from a short work trip, and we curled up and dozed off comfortably together. My husband found us like this when he got home, said "#ILoveYou" with a content sigh, and this is what makes our life #Happy. #Kittens #Naps and #Affection.

Today, #Coffee Le Bean would like to suggest learning to play a new game. You are never #TooYoung or #TooOld to #LearnNewThings. Get together with #Friends or #Family or find a local #GameGroup. If games aren't your thing, pick up an old or new #hobby to share with people. Just find a way to #Connect so you don't have to be #Lonely. And remember, this Smol #Kitten loves you. (I #Knit, she was playing with my kids who are all adults.)

@em05482 I'm reading the Paladin series by @ursulav and my husband is being super helpful and entertaining. Tomorrow all of the kids will be here to finally celebrate Christmas. So I'll get through it. But I absolutely appreciate the support of my #Friends.

The beginning of the year has been an adjustment. I'm going through a med reset to check everything out and have #allergy testing next week that requires I stop my current allergy and acid reflux medications. This is extremely trying for me, as my body pretty much hates everything, including itself. So today, #Coffee Le Bean is cuddling and reminding all of us to reach out for #Help when needed. There is #NoShame in being in #ChronicPain. Whether you are a smol #Kitten, #Cat, or grown human.

On this Eve of the #NewYear, the #Cats of the house wanted to check in. #Coffee Le Bean is here to remind you that naps with a cuddle buddy are better than #Naps alone if you can manage them. Alley the Hunted (her big sister) says we need to be #Understanding of those around us, even if they're smol #Kittens who won't leave you alone. And The Tiny But Mighty God Thor is waiting for you to turn in those end of year reports. He's just an asshole, but we still #Love him. Happy New Year!

When you've had a #VeryLongWeek and had a CT scan this morning and are tired with an ear ache and just want to #Sleep until #NewYear, getting mail like this from #FruitionChocolate is a total #GameChanger. OMG Yum. @dahlia , my subscription caught up to the truffle order. All in time for tomorrow night. Life is good with #Chocolate.
