1. Turkish Get-Up 3X 2 per side 16kg Slow & Controlled
2. Kettlebell Deadlift 4X 12 36kg 3 seconds down / 1 second up
3. Clean & Press 3X 8 per side 16kg 2 seconds down / Explode up
4. Gorilla Row 3 12 per 16kg side 60 sec 2 seconds down / 1 second squeeze

Finisher
Kettlebell Slingshot (Around Waist) 3X20 16kg

Goblet squat (10 reps 20 kg)
Single-Arm Kettlebell Row (10 reps each 20 kg)
Single-Arm Overhead Press (10 reps each 16kg)
Alternating Reverse Lunges (10 reps each 16kg)
Deadlift (20 reps 20 + 16 kg switch weights halfway)

Emom 15 minutes
10 Kettlebell swings 20 kg

@blacklistedlibrary so true. it took a lot of effort from me to start using stairs to go to my apartment on the 3rd floor, but now I make sure that I am taking the stairs to go up. Downstairs was never a problem. I was taking stairs to come down, but now upstairs also.
@ubo interesting workout. Took a screenshot of your post. Will be doing this tomorrow. Sot one looks slightly difficult. I only have 16 and 20 kg KB. I hope 16 kg is not heavy for this. Thanks for sharing.
@Fitnessfoundry very nice. Never done this before. Should we do this as a standalone exercise? If so how many reps and sets would be ideal?

Stretching: 15 minutes

Main Workout

1. Goblet squat (2 sets of 5 reps) 20 kg

2. Get Ups x 2 reps 16 kg

3. One-hand swing x 60 reps total (3 sets of 10/10 each side, rest as needed between sets) 20 kg

4. Snatch x 60 reps total (3 sets of 10/10 each side, rest as needed between sets) 20 kg

5. Clean x 5 reps each side (3 sets of 5/5 each side, rest as needed) 20 kg

6. Press x 5 reps (2 sets of 5 reps) 16 kg

Finisher: 10 Minutes slow jog
