It's simple. Create a new folder called 'Archive' followed by the date. Then put every email in there.

Congrats, you've reached #InboxZero. From now on be diligent about archiving emails or responding to them when the need arises but there's no need to actually go through hundreds or thousands of emails to get to inbox zero.
