Seit gestern weiß ich nun endlich, wo dieser tägliche extreme Abfall von verfügbarer Energie im deutschen Stromnetz herkommt. Schuld daran ist die Emissionsverordnung für Lärm, den Windräder maximal machen dürfen in der Zeit von 22 Uhr bis 6 Uhr. Also quasi eine gesetzlich verordnete Destabilisierung des Stromnetzes.

Ich warte jetzt darauf, dass die ersten deswegen reflexartig nach Atomkraftwerken rufen, weil die ja auch viel leiser sind.

The creep of relentlessly improving AI will render so much of the human content on the internet indistinguishable from AI.

A prediction:

'Verified human' or AI-free platforms will attract a premium. Human made and genuine human-to-human online communications will be prized.

#Mastodon will be rewarded in due course for bucking the #AI trend and remaining resolutely human (less of course the clearly labelled reposting bots. Reposting is not the same as an agentic AI profile freely engaging online).
