I've carried #fabtcg singles since Arcane Rising, and have never been impressed with either the sales volume or the margins on case breaks. Uprising seemed to be the one bright spot where I think the profit was enough to justify the time taken to break the product, but for every Uprising, there have been multiple sets like Everfest, Monarch, Outsiders, Dynasty, etc.
#Lorcana seems like a more worthwhile investment.

In case there are any eBay sellers here who are noticing a drop in traffic/sales today, this is a response I got over on that "other" site.
I really wish they would just send out a standard message when stuff like this happens. eBay's algorithms are already screwy enough without also having phantom issues pop up that makes sellers think they need to fix something that's not actually broken. 😒
Just a reminder to east coasters that the unusually severe wildfires in Canada don't fit into the Fox News/OAN/Newsmax narrative that global warming is a hoax. If you have relatives who suffer from respiratory issues, and also suffer from the brainrot brought on by conservative media, it's worth giving them a heads-up to carry their inhaler/nebulizer/oxygen with them in case they start experiencing issues.
They won't know why they're coughing/wheezing without you.
I'm not sure why, as it seems like the cards are being used in #Standard / #Commander / #Highlander and players are generally happy by their playability, but...

New format idea: "Pinkerton"
Each player opens 6 packs, then takes turns playing the role of 'Innocent Bystander' while the other players act as 'Private Investigators' and use whatever means necessary to intimidate and guilt the innocent bystander into handing over everything they have. The winner is the player who successfully captures all of the cards and discarded pack wrappers from the other players.

Hasbro's/WotC's absurd act of sending Pinkerton agents to (illegally) forcibly seize leaked March of the Machine: The Aftermath cards is now on the Wikipedia entry for 'Pinkerton (detective agency)'.
If you're unfamiliar with the extent of the Pinkerton's history of filth, I suggest reading the entire article. Focus particularly on how they have been used in anti-union work by Amazon and Starbucks in recent years.
