Another sweet draft night in the books. Attendance was a bit light, so we did a Match of the Machines sealed, and my pool put me on a fun WUB deck with awful mana. Had to mull a lot, but the card quality made up for it.

Vs the Bye: 2-0 (gottem!)
Vs WU Counterspell control: 2-1
Vs UBG Bombs: 2-1

I even won off a mull to 4 in that last match to take the trophy! Thanks Boon Bringer Valkyrie! Fun stuff.

Nice little draft night tonight/break from baldur’s gate consuming my brain. We did a throwback draft of March of the Machines, and I ended up in a pretty fun UR spells deck. Mostly leaned on ral’s reinforcements and convoke spells to get there.

Vs BR Midrange: 2-0
Vs WG Counters: 2-0
Vs WR Aggro Knights: 1-2

Missed the trophy by inches, but had a blast revisiting one of my fav sets in a while.

I love #planechase as you've probably seen in my #MagicTheGathering posts.

I'm actually kinda upset these weren't in the #MtGMOM commander decks. This would have been a great include and could have been for commanders instead of being stuck in a UB product.

I've made an Interplanar Skyship version I'll be using as a custom card in my Chaos Reigns deck that was upgraded for #Commander

Die Tage kamen die #MtgArenaStats für #MTGMOM und es ist in Summe alles nochmal niedriger als beim letzten Set bei mir. Im Moment fehlt mir etwas die Motivation.

Final draft of MOM, probably, broke a very long bad streak with a 3-0 Rak Sac deck. Final boss opponent was a bit disappointing, I think I must have gotten paired down with someone who wasn't 2-0.

First deck with two Furnace Reins; they played pretty well.

Here's a fun "what's the play?" situation from a game I just played. Your opponent is on 13 life, you have 7 mana available and two cards - a Furnace Reins (2R take control of a creature for a turn, get a treasure if it hits an opponent) and a Voldaran Thrillseeker (casting cost 2R, see card image below). You have a 3/3 token and your tapped opponent has a 2/2 token. What's the play? (I missed it in game).
