Yannick Ecker und Anke Strüver betrachten in ihrem Aufsatz die zunehmende Kommodifizierung, Fragmentierung und Auslagerung reproduktiver Tätigkeiten wie Kochen oder Einkaufen aus der Doppelperspektive der sozialen Reproduktion und der Logistik. Sie diskutieren zwei qualitative Fallstudien zu gastronomischen Lieferdiensten und zum Online-Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.
