@krisannthemum For me: most exercise in water - helps support my joints. I also do reformer Pilates, but only 1-on-1 with an instructor, because my body is very good at 'cheating' and he makes sure I constraint my range of motion. Then PT.
@vlrny The gabapentin has been fine for me - it definitely helps with my nerve pain, I would say it takes it from like a seven to like a three or four. I just take one 300 mg at night, because I took it one during the day and I was totally out of it!
@Felix Right now I just take these little sublingual tabs every night and I don't seem to have any side effects from them.

@vlrny I feel like my mast cell stuff is pretty well under control! Allegra, xyzal, singular, nasalcrom, gastrocrom. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« and my neuropathy has been consistent and getting worse consistently since March (no obvious triggers/flares).
@PanickedFoodie Thank you so much for the reference! Do you have to go somewhere everyday for these injections or can you give them yourself at home? Are you still doing every other day or daily injections?
