#NEISvoid - I'm looking for any hope that small fiber neuropathy can be helped/improved? Right now my docs are just recommending to up my gabapentin dosage. I use lidocaine gel pretty liberally.

Any stories or suggestions? My diagnoses are in my bio.

@studyinmovement as an aside, how's the gabapentin been for you? I've been on lyrica for ~2mos and it has been a rough adjustment. It felt like my whole nervous system has been shaken like a snow globe.

@vlrny The gabapentin has been fine for me - it definitely helps with my nerve pain, I would say it takes it from like a seven to like a three or four. I just take one 300 mg at night, because I took it one during the day and I was totally out of it!

@studyinmovement oh yeah me too. Had to start taking all my lyrica at night. I was way too fucked up if I took any in the morning.
Hope your up-bump of gabapentin helps dial down the new pain. 🤞
