Signal Update Info🐧Signal is expanding its Linux support with an official AppImage release of Signal Desktop!
This means that Signal will be officially available on all Linux distributions and not just Debian-based ones.
You can help beta test this new AppImage format by following the instructions outlined in the Signal Community post👇

Wanna try out #tidalcycles on my Linux machine. Somehow failing on setting up the #jack Server config. Might need to take some time to look into it, but its 01-12 today and that means #adventofcode. There are other more urgent things on my plate.

Gestern über mehrere Stunden Fedora 42 versucht auf ein MacBook von 2019 im Dual Boot zu instalieren. Am Anfang ging die eingebaute Tastatur und Maus nicht, das W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert. Nachdem ich T2Linux https://wiki.t2linux.org/ gefunden habe hat auch alles funktioniert. Linux für den Apple T2 Chip. Gibt es mit Arch, Fedora, EndeavourOS, Nix und Ubuntu.
Heute zwei nette Begegnungen auf dem #rennrad gehabt. Einmal ein Rentner den es für ein paar Kilometer im Wald gepackt hat meinen Windschatten zu nehmen und sich dann bei mir bedankt hat und einmal ein Taxifahrer der mich beim Wenden nicht gesehen hat und den Platz weggenommen hat. Nehme frustriert die Arme hoch. Er erstmal ganz entspannt das Fenster runter und sich entschuldigt. So macht Straßenverkehr Spaß
