I enjoy a bit of schadenfreude as much as anyone, especially after what Meta has done to our democracy and society, but holy shit - 11,000 people just lost their jobs because Zuck was huffing paint in the metaverse during the pandemic.
Deepest sympathies to all those affected at #Meta and I hope they all land on their feet.
Adding 11,000 people to unemployment tech line is definitely going to be felt in my part of the biz world. 😔
