On Saturday, his four-hit game at age 40 put him in the company of a wartime era player with 86 career hits (all in his 40s) named Chuck Hostetler, the only other Tiger to do it.

In a just world, OpenAI/GitHub would get sued to oblivion by a class-action suit or something. We didn't give them permission to train their ML models on our blogs, our tweets, our code, our photos and our art and then lock it up behind $$.

There's no "legal grey area" just because it's for training an ML model. Copying unlicensed work without consent is copyright infringement. Period.
