I found a positive today in the sky. I looked up and saw a cloud that looked elegantly painted on its blue canvas while driving to work. I saw this cloud and thought to myself “there’s no way an AI image generator can recreate what catching this cloud made me feel” and I believe that wholeheartedly.

I should’ve stopped and captured the cloud, but to some degree I think I appreciate that I didn’t. #fuckai #nature

Starting an interesting chapter in my digital life: minimizing how much control it has on me.

Started today with deleting some addicting apps on my phone, and unsubscribing from promotional emails and notifications.

I’m also going to keep apps on a tablet or accessible via web when I’m home, to reduce the time I look at my phone.

I made a plan as to how many different “phases” I’ll enter before I think I’m completely satisfied but we’ll see how this goes. #mindfulness #doomscrolling
