Neither #USBank nor #Kia support email addresses with "+" in them.

At least US Bank just blocks it. Kia let's you set the email address, but it's login system (both website and in-app) will silently modify the email address replacing the + and the @ with their percent encodings (%2B and %40). But only if the + is there.

This locked me out of my car app.

In a frustrating day, I'm having trouble with my #EV and it's connections.

I've got a Kia eNiro (2021), and for the last 6 days, the app isn't updating and nothing seems to work from the app. I, of course, looked online, and saw that I could potentially reset the connection by hard resetting in the car – have tried twice, and didn't work. Then I tried reconfiguring the thing and I get a notice saying there's no network and to seek Kia help.
So that's what I've done – now waiting for a reply.
