Call to action to cis people: be assholes anytime you get asked for your sex assigned at birth. Write letters, complain to staff, refuse to answer. Make it impossible to collect sex assigned at birth. Be really offended that anyone would ask you. Make enough noise that if trans people want to quietly not answer or give whatever answer feels correct to them, no one will notice.

@marcoarment that’s almost as annoying as when I’m listening to Overcast and my wife comes to ask me something, so I squeeze an AirPod to pause. She talks for a few minutes and goes back to doing her thing. So I squeeze an AirPod to unpause, and iOS has dumped Overcast from memory and starts playing something on Apple Music instead. NO, APPLE. NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HAPPEN. EVER. But it’s every single time.
